1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or subscribing to software developed by Harmi Extenions (including Broxy, FlowNit, or related web services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use our browser extensions for your personal or enterprise daily workflows in accordance with your chosen plan tier (Free, Beta, or Pro).

You agree not to use our extensions for unauthorized network infiltration, unlawful scraping, distributed denial-of-service, or actions violating applicable internet regulations or terms of target websites.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & No-Refund Terms

Paid subscriptions (such as Broxy Pro and FlowNit Pro) renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Payments are processed securely via authorized Merchant of Record partners.

Due to the immediate digital provisioning of extension licenses, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable once activated. You may cancel recurring renewals at any time with a single click; upon cancellation, you will retain access until the active billing cycle ends without further charges.

4. Service Disclaimer

Our extensions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we commit to continuous engineering reliability, Harmi Extenions is not liable for disruptions resulting from external proxy provider downtime, third-party website DOM restructuring, or general internet connectivity outages.
